PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded pipe capable of ensuring rigidity and improving a vibration damping property.SOLUTION: A molded pipe 1 includes: a tubular base part 2 having a pair of first side walls 21 facing to each other in a direction parallel to a load acting direction and a pair of second side walls 22 facing to each other in a direction vertical to the load acting direction; a pair of first reinforcing parts 3 arranged outside the pair of first side walls 21; a pair of second reinforcing parts 4 arranged outside the pair of second side walls 22; and a vibration control elastic layer 5 embedded in at least one of the base part 2 and the reinforcing parts 3, 4. The base part 2 and the reinforcing parts 3, 4 are formed of a fiber-reinforced resin. The vibration control elastic layer 5 is formed of a resin having a lower tensile elasticity than that of a matrix resin of the fiber-reinforced resin. When seen from a longitudinal direction of the molded pipe 1, the reinforcing parts 3, 4 have a projecting shape whose thickness increases from an edge to a center thereof. |
