Provided is the back substrate of a compound thin film solar cell according to the present invention. In a back substrate of a compound thin film solar cell, the peeling strength of the back substrate stacked on an upper surface after a surface process is performed on a back electrode, is in a range of 100N/m ~ 250N/m.
