PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which can effectively prevent leakage to the outside even in a case of impending incontinence where a large amount of excretion liquid is excreted at one time, and reduce leakage of urine due to a bending line even in a case where the bending line for bending the absorbent article is set.SOLUTION: A projection part 11P is formed in an annular shape surrounding a central part in a longitudinal direction of an absorbent core 11 and includes two projection portions extending in a width direction as each end part in the longitudinal direction of the projection part 11P. In a body part 1s, a bending line along the width direction for bending the absorbent article is set on at least one position in the longitudinal direction. When one projection portion of the two projection portions is defined as a front side projection portion 11P2, and the other projection portion is defined as a back side projection portion 11P2, at least one bending line of the bending lines is set on a more backward position in the longitudinal direction of the body part 1s than the marginal part on the front side in the longitudinal direction of the back side projection portion 11P2. |
