PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and convenient method for improving an active material in performance.SOLUTION: A method for active material quality modification comprises: an aqueous solution preparation step of preparing an aqueous solution for active material quality modification including VOSOand MPO(where M's are selected from H, Li, Na, K and NHindependently of one another); and an immersion step of immersing an active material of a lamellar rock salt structure, which is expressed by the general formula :LiNiCoMnDO(where 0.2≤a≤1; b+c+d+e=1; 0≤e<1; D is at least one element selected from Li, Fe, Cr, Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg, S, Si, Na, K, and Al; and 1.7≤f≤2.1), in the aqueous solution for active material quality modification. |
