PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve a use environment, where an operator can use a function corresponding to the roll thereof, by identifying the operator by a touch pen used by the operator, in an electronic information apparatus, and limiting the operation of the operator to the operation corresponding to the roll of the operator.SOLUTION: In an electronic information apparatus including a touch panel system and a computer, the touch panel system includes touch pens 10a, 10b set with a pen identifier, and the touch position by the touch pen is outputted in association with the pen identifier of the touch pen thus touching. A computer 130 includes an account association section 131a for associating the pen identifier of a touch pen used by the operator with the account of an operating system of the computer 130, and operation of the operator by the touch pen is limited based on the account associated with the pen identifier. |
