PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose with metal fittings excellent in corrosion resistance performance of a wire composing a reinforcement layer, in which a ring body can be easily assembled between the reinforcement layer, the fittings and a sleeve, and a method for assembling the hose with metal fittings.SOLUTION: A hose with metal fittings 12 includes a flexible hose 14 with a reinforcement layer 18 composed of a metal wire, hose mouth fittings 22 having a nipple 24 inserted into the inside of the end part of the hose 14, and a sleeve 20, one end of which is locked to the hose mouth fittings 22 while the other end presses the hose 14 against the outer peripheral surface of the nipple 24 by caulking work. A non-conductive ring body 44 includes a vertical wall part 44A that contacts the end surface of the hose 14, and a lateral wall part 44B that contacts the inner peripheral surface of the hose 14, and by the ring body 44, the contact of the reinforcement layer 18 with the nipple 24 and the sleeve 20 is blocked. |
