PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a fixture with which operations, such as marking and drilling on a structural material, are not required and exterior material may be easily and certainly attached onto the structural material; and an attaching structure of the exterior material using it.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a fixture for laying an exterior material 3 which is attached onto a structural material 2 having a steel form in which an inner extending piece 221 extends from an inner flange 22 to an opening part 20 and an outer extending piece 231 extends from an outer flange 23 to the opening part 20 respectively. The fixture comprises: an inner engaging groove 15 and an outer engaging groove 16 which are respectively engaged with the inner extending piece 221 and the outer extending piece 231 on the structural material 2 in an assembled state; an inner longitudinal surface part and an outer longitudinal surface part 13 which are arranged above the opening part 20 in a standing manner and penetrated by fixing bolts 4; and a connecting part 11 connecting both longitudinal surface parts 12, 13. The present invention is characterized by a feature that: the fixture 1 is attached in a manner where the inner extending piece 221 and the outer extending piece 231 on the structural material 2 are engaged onto the inner engaging groove 15 and the outer engaging groove 16; and both longitudinal surface parts 12, 13 of the attached fixture 1 and the exterior material 3 are penetrated by the fixing bolts 4 so as to be fixed in a clamping manner. |
