PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform treatment such as whipping, stirring and mixing of various foodstuffs with viscosity, in a short time efficiently and precisely.SOLUTION: In a vertical type mixer of foodstuffs, when a center main spindle (60) is rotated and driven, first and second eccentric stirring shafts (61), (62) perform orbital motion in a same direction (F) around the main spindle, through a rotation bowl (70) integrated with the center main spindle (60), and at the same time the first eccentric stirring shaft performs auto-rotation in a reverse direction (R), whereas the second eccentric stirring shaft performs auto-rotation in the same direction (F). A first stirring bar (P1) having a rotation diameter (d1) larger than a radius of a foodstuff storage container (T) is mounted and used on the first eccentric stirring shaft having a shorter interval distance (D1) from the center main spindle, and similarly a second stirring bar (P2) having a rotation diameter (d2) smaller than the radius of the container (T) is mounted and used on the second eccentric stirring shaft having a longer interval distance (D2) from the main spindle, respectively, as the relationship not interfering with each other. |
