<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accidental fire detection device of an engine which detects accidental fire over the entire of an operation range.SOLUTION: The accidental fire detection device includes a vibration acceleration sensor 30 detecting vibration of an engine 10, a vibrational energy calculation part 41 extracting a vibrational component in a prescribed high frequency range from a vibration signal detected by the vibration acceleration sensor 30 and integrating the extracted vibrational component to calculate vibrational energy, and an accidental fire determination part 43 determining accidental fire from the magnitude of the vibrational energy calculated by the vibrational energy calculation part 41.</p> |
