The present invention relates to a juice extractor. The juice extractor according to the present invention comprises a main body having a rotating driving shaft; a housing mounted in the main body, having a juice discharger and a residue discharger to be separated at the lower part, and having an open top; a lid mounted to cover the open top of the housing; a net drum mounted within the housing, and having an open top and multiple net holes on the side wall; and a screw connected to the driving shaft and mounted in the main body to be rotatable, installed within the net drum and having a screw helix on the outer surface, wherein the bottom floor of the housing has a residue lowering hole connected to the residue discharger, and the net drum has an open bottom so that the residue lowering hole directly faces the lower surface of the screw. According to the juice extractor according to the present invention, the residue can be smoothly discharged even when extracting materials having long or tough fibers. The juice extractor of the present invention can be rapidly assembled without considering the direction when assembling the housing and the net drum so as to enhance the assembly and the user convenience, and the inner and outer sides of the net drum are completely separated so that the residue is not mixed with the juice, which allows to always obtain clear juice. |
