PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electret filter excellent in oil mist durability and charge stability.SOLUTION: An electret filter is configured by attaching fluorine-containing fine particles prepared by coating or binding nonwoven fabric which is any of spunbond nonwoven fabric made of fiber having average fiber diameter of 100 μm or less, spun lace nonwoven fabric and melt-blown nonwoven fabric or film split nonwoven fabric with pulverized fluorine type resin, an organic fine particle, an inorganic fine particle and an organic-inorganic fine particle substituted with a fluorine group, a fluorine monomer and a fluorine polymer, by at least solid content of 0.001 g/m. |
