摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost and highly reliable apparatus for measuring the distance between end surfaces of optical devices in a non-contact manner without separately constructing a special measuring system in an optical axis adjustment process.SOLUTION: An apparatus for measuring the distance between end surfaces of optical devices comprises: a light source with adjustable wavelength; a first optical device having an end surface for reflecting and emitting a part of incident light from the light source; a second optical device having an end surface for reflecting a part of the light emitted from the first optical device to the first optical device; an optical receiver for measuring a light intensity of return light in incident light directions of the first and second optical devices: and a signal processing unit including a detector for detecting intensity variation of the optical receiver with respect to a wavelength change of the light source.
