PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveguide-microstrip line converter which prevents a conductive adhesive material from being spread into a hollow waveguide.SOLUTION: A waveguide-microstrip line converter 1 comprises: a hollow waveguide 11; a vertically long line substrate 21 with which a microstrip line 22 is formed; a hollow part 12 which is connected to a side of the hollow waveguide 11 and with which a groove 13 wider than a width of the line substrate 21 and deeper than thickness of the line substrate 21 is formed on an inner wall 12a of the hollow part 12; a fitting part 14 which is disposed between the groove 13 and the hollow waveguide 11, to which the line substrate 21 is fitted, and of which the depth is equal to or less than the thickness of the line substrate 21; and a conductive adhesive material 30 which is disposed within the groove 13 and attaches the line substrate 21 to the inner wall 12a of the hollow part 12. The line substrate 21 is fitted to the fitting part 14 in the state where one end portion 21a in a length direction protrudes into the hollow waveguide 11 and the other end portion 21b extends into the groove 13. |
