PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module of a low manufacturing cost and high long-term reliability capable of preventing a crack from occurring in a solar cell by suppressing temperature stress to a minimum, which is incurred when an interconnector and an electrode such as a bus electrode of the solar cell are bonded.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solar cell module includes: a step (S101) of forming a solar cell; a step (S102) of temporarily arranging an interconnector in the solar cell via a Bi- and In-based solders and forming a solar cell string; a step (S103) of forming a laminate by arranging the solar cell string between a translucent substrate and a back sheet together with a resin for sealing (S103); and a step (S104) of concurrent heat treatment including heating and pressurizing the laminate to melt and fix the solders and hardening the resin for sealing. |
