PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alumina ceramic substrate which comprises inexpensive low soda alumina as the main material component, and can be sintered at a relatively low temperature irrespective of the addition of barium additive for achieving a high reflectance.SOLUTION: The content of alumina as the main component of an alumina ceramic substrate 1 is 94-98 mass%, and the contents of SrO, BaO, SiOand TiO, each of which served as a sintering aid, are 0.18-0.5 mass%, 1.0-3.0 mass%, 0.5-1.6 mass%, and 0.15-0.5 mass%, respectively. |
