PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent form for a concrete foundation, allowing the concrete foundation to be simply constructed and also adaptable to installation of a large-sized structure.SOLUTION: A permanent form M includes: a truncated cone-shaped body part 1; a flange part 3 on a large diameter side of the body part 1; and an anchor body holding part 7 on a small diameter side of the body part 1. The permanent form M in a state that an anchor body is mounted to the anchor body holding part 7 is arranged in an installation place of a structure, ready mixed concrete is poured into the body part 1 and hardened it, and a concrete foundation R with a part of the anchor body protruding on a top face is constructed. The number of permanent forms M to be used is determined according to a size and wind pressure load of the structure. The ready mixed concrete is hardened to construct the concrete foundation R, and then the permanent forms M are not removed from the concrete foundation R. Therefore, construction labor and time are reduced and a construction period is shortened. Countermeasure for concrete against salt damage can be achieved because the surface of the concrete foundation is conserved by the permanent forms M. |
