PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse device capable of causing rupture surely and highly accurately and cutting off current surely.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a fuse device 1 in which a first conductor wiring 3 as a fuse element is provided on a substrate 2, second conductor wiring 11 is provided on the substrate 2, a heating element 10 which generates heat by energization is connected to the second conductor wiring 11, and rupture inducing members 4, 5 having higher thermal expansion coefficient than that of the substrate 2 are provided in ruptured portions formed by rupture of the substrate 2 when overcurrent flows therethrough. |
