PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus that enable a suspension packaging bag to easily and rapidly be manufactured and a fluid flow material to be received as the storage object, and a suspension packaging bag that enables the storage part to easily be opened by utilizing a louvering piece.SOLUTION: A suspension packaging bag 1 comprises a bag-like storage part 7 that stores a fluid storage object and a suspension part 6 fitted with a cutting line 11 joined to one end of the storage part 7 to partition a suspension hole 9 from a louvering piece 10, where the cutting line 11 keeps both ends separated from each other, and the other part shaped to form the suspension hole 9 through which the neck part 12a of a container 12 to be suspended, and the suspension part 6 is provided with an unfused part 13 which has a continuity with the storage part 7 and enters the louvering piece 10 through both the ends of the cutting line 11. |
