PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat tube heat exchanger, an air conditioner outdoor unit including the same, and a method of manufacturing a flat tube heat exchanger capable of arranging flat tubes in a staggered fashion and aligning upper end lower end portions of fins without the need to manufacture two types of metal molds for forming the fins.SOLUTION: A fin is formed so that, if a length from one end of the fin to a notch proximate to the end is first length and a length from the other end thereof to a notch proximate to the other end is a second length, the first length differs from the second length. The notches are formed so that a sum of the first length and the second length is equal to a length of a pitch of the notches. A heat exchanger in one sequence of adjacent sequences is arranged so that one end of each fin is located downward whereas a heat exchanger of the other sequence out of the adjacent sequences is arranged so that the other end of each fin is located downward. |
