摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging apparatus capable of performing charging even when a charging module having master right becomes a master operation disabled state and capable of improving a product life cycle.SOLUTION: Each of microcomputers 3 of a plurality of charging modules 2 includes a storage part 32 for storing master right data indicating whether or not the charging module has master right, a control part 33 for controlling a charging circuit 4 by recognizing whether the charging module performs master operation or slave operation on the basis of the master right data and a state monitoring part 34 for monitoring a state of each charging circuit 4 itself and generating state data indicating the monitored state. The control part of the charging module having the master right determines whether the master operation can be continued or not on the basis of the state data, and when the master operation can be continued, does not change the master right data stored in each storage part. When the master operation cannot be continued, the control part changes the master right data stored in each storage part and transfers the master right to the other one charging module.
