PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of high-efficiency and low-noise motor control regardless of a specification of a load of the motor in which a drive circuit is encapsulated by a mold resin, and an air conditioner.SOLUTION: In a drive circuit board 4, an RFID tag 20 is mounted so as to be encapsulated by a mold resin 2. The RFID tag 20 is capable of wirelessly writing phase advance angle characteristic information indicating an advance angle value of a current phase corresponding to a specification of a load that is a drive object of a rotor 15 and corresponding to a rotating speed of the rotor 15 or torque characteristic information indicating a torque value corresponding to the specification of the load that is the drive object of the rotor 15 and corresponding to the rotating speed of the rotor 15. A drive circuit (a microcomputer 22 and an inverter IC 23) drives the rotor 15 on the basis of the phase advance angle characteristic information or the torque characteristic information written into the RFID tag 20 and positional information of the rotor 15 detected by a position detection sensor. |
