<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means and methods for effectively attracting customers to a store by which a burden of own expense of a store owner is reduced to instal an internet router in the store, and in some cases, requiring no burden of expense.SOLUTION: In an internet access store management server, a format file is formed by applying acquired information to a format file part. When a customer using a mobile terminal accesses internet from an internet router installed in a store with the mobile terminal, internet access frequencies for every store and for every customer identification information of every store are acquired from the customer identification information of the customer using the mobile terminal from unique information of the mobile terminal and store identification information stored in a database in association with unique identification information of the internet router, and are accumulated in the format file. The number of electronic service stamps is calculated for every store and for every customer identification information according to a predetermined procedure corresponding to the accumulated internet access frequencies, and is accumulated in the format file.</p> |
