<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microreactor in which mass transfer is promoted, and having a simple structure, and having reduced risk of clog.SOLUTION: Provided is a dynamic microreactor in which a stirring rod is inserted into a vertical circular tube to flow one or more fluids (gases, liquids) into the gap thereof to the same direction, this stirring rod is rotated (at 1,500 to 3,000 rpm), and reaction is caused, in which the flow in the tube of the fluid(s) is complicated by the rotation of the stirring rod, the temperature distribution in a liquid membrane is reduced, further, even if clogging is caused, the stirring rod is pulled out and cleaning is easily performed, and the tube inside diameter and the stirring rod size are made large, thus the scale-up of the device can be easily realized.</p> |
