摘要 An apparatus for controlling RF signals of a cyclotron comprises: an analog signal processing unit which delivers a first analog RF signal and a second analog RF signal that are inputted from a cavity via two channels, and delivers a first analog reference signal and a second analog reference signal that are received from an external oscillator via the two channels; an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) unit which converts the first analog RF signal, the second analog RF signal, the first analog reference signal, and the second analog reference signal into respective digital signals, and outputs them as a first digital RF signal, a second first digital RF signal, a first digital reference signal, and a second digital reference signal; and a digital signal processing unit which processes the first digital RF signal and the first digital reference signal outputted from the ADC unit to be equal to each other, and processes the second digital RF signal converted by the ADC unit and the second digital reference signal to be equal to each other. The apparatus of the present invention makes the first and second RF signals inputted from the cavity follow the first and second reference signals, respectively. Thus, integrated control of the amplitude, phase and frequency that are factors causing variance of an RF field of the cyclotron can be enabled.
