PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a speed parameter for each road type in response to a user.SOLUTION: The speed parameter generation system includes: a positional information generation unit capable of acquiring the positional information of a user; a storage unit for storing the road network information including the arc information that is associated with a road type and shows each road; a travel speed generation unit capable of generating travel speed information indicating the travel speed of the user on a road on the basis of the positional information and road network information; and a speed parameter generation unit capable of generating, from the travel speed information, a speed parameter for each road type for determining the duration for route search. |
