PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile safety belt fitting device for bridge construction improving the safety and efficiency of high-place work by preventing fall accidents of workers working on a bridge.SOLUTION: The mobile safety belt fitting device for bridge construction includes: a plurality of wheels 5 and 5 traveling on a bridge girder A in a bridge axis direction; two turning booms 3 and 3 turning in a plane and disposed in a cross shape; guide members 13 and 13 extending from both ends of the turning booms 3 and 3 to laterally lower parts of an upper flange C of the bridge girder A; and a plurality of fall prevention stoppers 15 and 15 that follow the turning of the turning booms 3 and 3 to turningly move in the width direction of the bridge girder A and enter the lower side of the upper flange C of the bridge girder A. Each fall prevention stopper 15 includes a plurality of locking protruding pieces 15b and 15b that radially protrude in the outer periphery of the guide members 13 and freely rotate in the circumferential direction of the guide members 13 so as to elude a stiffener and the like of the bridge girder A.
