PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dirt of a grill mesh and a saucer, etc., by using commercially available aluminum foils, and enable cooking repeatedly only by changing aluminum foils, because the grill mesh and the saucer need each time washing after grilling, cause stench when left, require time and labor in washing the mesh, have a risk of heat injury due to hot mesh, and is dangerous.SOLUTION: Cylinders sloped to a shaft are mounted using a roller 15 by rotation, and the roller 15 arranged with grooves of the same size of mesh bars is rolled on a grill mesh between respective cylinders, and thereby aluminum foils are made to form a constant waveform on the grill mesh. Thereby, the dirt and washing are reduced by making recesses between the bar and the bar of the grill mesh, and by receiving oil and water coming out of foodstuffs causing the dirt. The grill mesh can be used repeatedly only by replacing the aluminum foils without washing after cooking. |
