PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner storage container that allows the supply of toner to a developing device even when the remaining amount of toner is reduced.SOLUTION: A toner storage container includes toner, a container body that is attached to a toner conveying device and accommodates a toner to be supplied to the toner conveying device, a conveying unit that is arranged inside the container body to convey the toner from one end in which the bottom face in the longitudinal direction of the container body is provided to the other end in which a container opening is provided, a tube receiving port that is arranged at the container opening and receives a conveyance tube fixed to the toner conveying device, and a pump-up unit that moves the toner conveyed by the conveying unit toward a toner receiving port of the conveyance tube. The toner includes a binder resin and external additive and the external additive contains inorganic particles including silicone oil; the container body includes a projection that projects toward one end of a container opening from the inside of the container body; the pump-up unit includes a pump-up wall surface that extends toward the projection from the internal wall surface of the container body; and the projection is present between the pump-up wall surface and the toner receiving port of the conveyance tube. |
