<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method and a treatment apparatus for treating fat-containing waste liquor in a grease trap.SOLUTION: The treatment method for waste liquor in a grease trap comprises: an operation in which waste liquor in a grease trap is agitated and the waste liquor is diffused; an operation in which the waste liquor is supplied with ozonized air microbubbles, and an organic matter is oxidatively decomposed; an operation in which the waste liquor is supplied with air microbubbles, and metabolism of a microorganism is activated; an operation in which the waste liquor is left standing and an organic matter is precipitated, thereby treated water and the organic matter are separated from each other; and a discharge operation in which the treated water is discharged. These whole operations are made one unit process, temporally batched and performed repeatedly. The batch control is performed by a programmable logic controller. The agitation of the waste liquor is performed while supplied with the ozonized air microbubble and the air microbubbles. The microbubbles are preferably fine bubbles of about 50μm-400μm.</p> |
