A data processing method according an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: detecting a maximum data cell having a maximum value or a minimum data cell having a minimum value in a compression unit cell in which multiple data cells including multiple bits to compress original data having multiple data which are arranged in a certain type; converting the maximum data cell in a non-compression data format; converting the minimum data cell in the non-compression data format; converting data cells except for the converted data cells in a compression data format; and generating stream data in which the converted data cells are enumerated, wherein the non-compression data format and the compression data format include header fields having values different from each other, and the non-compression data format further includes a data field corresponding to a converted data cell value.
