PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high definition with a small number of elements or wiring per pixel, and improve the picture quality by suppressing a change or flickering of luminance.SOLUTION: A pixel circuit includes: a capacitive element disposed in correspondence to pixels arranged in a matrix for holding a voltage for controlling the gradation of the pixels in accordance with an applied voltage; a drive transistor whose source electrode or drain electrode is connected to an anode power source and the capacitive element, whose other electrode is connected to the anode of a light emission element, and whose gate electrode is connected to one electrode of the capacitive element; a switch transistor which is serially connected between the gate electrode of the drive transistor and a data signal line, and which includes a plurality of transistors of corresponding gate electrodes are simultaneously controlled; at least one node between the plurality of transistors in the switch transistor; and adjacent transistors connected between nodes in the adjacent pixels. |
