PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, a program, and an information processing method for facilitating a reduction in movement risk and the maintenance of motivation by creating advice information using staying-time information representing a staying-time of a fat combustion zone.SOLUTION: An information processing system 100 includes: an information acquisition unit 110 for performing an information acquisition process; a processing unit 120 for performing a process on the basis of the acquired information; and an output processing unit 130 for performing an output process on the information created by the processing unit 120. The information acquisition unit 110 performs a process for acquiring at least two of information among staying-time information, physical information, and target information pertaining to a loss of weight. The processing unit 120 creates advice information pertaining to the loss of weight on the basis of a relational expression representing relationship between a change in body weight or body fat amount and staying-time information and at least the two of information. The output processing unit 130 performs a process for outputting the advice information. |
