PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering material for electric wires having good flex resistance in a wide temperature range.SOLUTION: The material comprises a composition comprising polyvinyl chloride, and is used for covering conductors for electric wires. The composition has the property of giving a change curve of a loss modulus with respect to a temperature which has no peak in a range of ambient temperatures at which the electric wires are used.
