PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the conveyance state of a printed circuit board.SOLUTION: A conveyance device 3 of a board inspection device 1 conveys a printed circuit board W with a pair of endless belts 10. A conveyance position detection sensor 22 is disposed on a conveyance route of the printed circuit board W. When the conveyance position detection sensor 22 detects an arrival of the printed circuit board W, the image of the arrival position is obtained. When the printed circuit board W is photographed in the image, it is determined that the conveyance device 3 operates normally, and the printed circuit board W is inspected. When the printed circuit board W is not photographed in the image, the abnormality of the conveyance device 3 is reported. |
