PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage container that can suppress increase in the temperature of a spout opening/closing member and that can also suppress generation of water condensation in the lid body in a structure having possibility of steam infiltration into the lid body.SOLUTION: The beverage container is structured such that, in a lid body 5 in which an upper opening 3 of the container body 2 is freely opened/closed, there are installed: an extraction passage 9 through which hot water inside a storage section 1 is extracted to a spout 4 provided in the lid body 5 or the container body 2; a valve mechanism B for opening/closing the extraction passage 9; a valve opening/closing operation member 10 for openably/closeably operating the valve mechanism B; and a spout opening/closing member 11 which is arranged in the upper part of the lid body 5 and which freely changes over the spout closed state covering at least the upper part of the spout 4 by coming into contact with or coming near the upper part of the spout 4 and the spout opened state separating upward from the spout 4. There is also installed in the container a steam prevention section E by which steam flowing the extraction passage 9 to reach the spout 4 is prevented from circulating between the lid body 5 and the spout opening/closing member 11. |
