WIRE HARNESS AND RELAY HARNESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load applied on an operator in manufacturing of a wire harness, in which part of a wiring area is formed as a flame-resisting area.SOLUTION: A relay harness 30 for connecting a first harness 10 (harness formation) and a second harness 20 (circuit formation) comprises: a relay electronic wire 31 in which a third conductor 32 (conductor) is surrounded with a third insulation coating 33 (coating material); a first housing 36 fitted to a first connector 16 of the first harness 10 and thereby connecting one end of the relay electronic wire 31 to the first harness 10; and a second housing 37 fitted to a second connector 26 of the second harness 20 and thereby connecting the other end of the relay electronic wire 31 to the second harness 20. A resin material for coating forming the third insulation coating 33 and a resin material for housing forming the first and second housings 36 and 37 are synthetic resin having higher flame-resisting property than that the resin material of the first harness 10 has.
