PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a damage caused by an external factor such as stone-throwing of a polymer resin film and a solar cell module using the same.SOLUTION: A protective thin film is formed on at least one surface of a polymer resin film. The protective thin film has a hardness of 400 MPa or more. The protective thin film is formed of at least one of diamond-like carbon (DLC), SiO, AlO, TiO, SiN, AlN, ITO and SnO, and a product of the thickness value and the hardness value is 50 MPa μm or more. |
