PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of serving as a communication tool between a user and a facility such as a shop by using telephone directory information in a communication terminal of the user.SOLUTION: There is provided an information provision and collection system in which a communication terminal, a facility side terminal, and a server are connected with one another through a communication network. The communication terminal includes: storage means for storing telephone directory information of a user and an application; means for transmitting the telephone directory information to the server executed by the application; means for receiving a notification from the server; and means for browsing facility side information in storage means of the server. The facility side terminal includes: means for transmitting the facility side information to the server; and means for browsing information in the storage means of the server. The server includes: the storage means for storing the facility side information; means for checking a facility side telephone number against a telephone number in the telephone directory information; means for, when the telephone numbers are matched, transmitting a notification indicating the fact that the facility side information can be browsed by the communication terminal; and means for deleting an unmatched telephone number and storing a matched telephone number. |
