PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor, image processor, data processing method and computer program capable of calculating similarity between data with high accuracy by a calculation simpler than a SAD.SOLUTION: The image processor includes a processor array part 130. The processor array part 130 operates exclusive OR between pixel data of a candidate frame image stored in a data buffer 121 and pixel data of a macro block image stored in an input register 131 in each bit by using an exclusive OR operation part 133. The acquired exclusive ORs of respective bits are combined with each other so as to continue and handled as exclusive OR data being one piece of numerical data. The exclusive OR data about each pixel are added, and the total sum of the exclusive ORs is operated.
