<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-quality twisted wire 20 with less loosened wire.SOLUTION: A twisted wire manufacturing method includes: a step to measure convexoconcave formed on a surface of a twisted wire 20 (step SP010); a step to determine a wire loosening by calculating a convex height (convex height S) from the measured convexoconcave data (surface position data Y) and determining whether the twisted wire 20 shows a wire loosening depending on whether the calculated convex height (convex height S) deviates from predetermined range (Thto Th) (steps SP020, SP030); a specific wire tensile force adjusting step in order to adjust a tensile force of specific wire 20wby specifying a corresponding wire 20wwhen the twisted wire is determined to have the wire loosening depending on the presence of the sign of the wire loosening (tensile force adjustment while wire twisting operation is continued, or tensile force adjustment made after terminating the wire twisting operation).</p> |
