<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and also prevent misdelivery when commodities to be shipped out are temporarily stored in a storage place such as a warehouse and commodities of the same destination are collected before shipping out.SOLUTION: A commodity delivery support device includes: a printer; a terminal for storing delivery information including information related to reception number, article name, number of packages and destination of an article to be delivered; and a scanner for controlling a printer, on the basis of reception information including article name, number of packages and reception number of the received article, to print out reception labels according to the number of packages for the article, each label having at least article name, reception number and a bar code representing the reception number, and for controlling a printer, after receiving delivery information from the terminal, to issue a delivery label on which at least destination is printed, by reading the bar code printed on the reception label and referring to the delivery information on the basis of the reception number represented by the bar code.</p> |
