摘要 <p>Provided is a superhydrophobic hierarchical structure. The superhydrophobic hierarchical structure is characterized in that the structure comprises a substrate having a ratchet structure on an upper surface thereof, and a superhydrophobic nanowire structure formed on the ratchet structure, and water droplets can move in one direction on the substrate without an external force. Accordingly, the superhydrophobic hierarchical structure can be provided, which allows water droplets, by using the ratchet structure and the superhydrophobic hierarchical structure, to move in one direction without an external force in a state that a surface thereof is almost not inclined. Thus, such superhydrophobic hierarchical structure can be applied to various industries, such as water havsting, condensation water discharge of heat-exchangers, micofluidic industry.</p>
