PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material with an antireflection film which is excellent in water repellency, antireflection performance, and antiglare performance.SOLUTION: A base material with an antireflection film is formed of a resin base material, and an antireflection film formed on the base material. The antireflection film has a contact angle with water in a range of 130-180°. The base material has a reflectance (Rf) of 2% or less, and a haze of 10% or less. The antireflection film contains an inorganic oxide fine particle layer containing surface treated inorganic oxide fine particles, has an uneven structure thereon, has an average height (T) between convex portions in a range of 30-500 nm, and an average distance (pitch width) (W) between the convex portions in a range of 50-1,000 nm. |
