PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film which can exhibit advanced blocking prevention properties and scratch resistance, and can also achieve high permeability (low haze) of light, and a winding body thereof.SOLUTION: A hard coat film has a hard coat layer on one main surface of a transparent polymer substrate. The hard coat layer is formed of a composite resin containing an organic component and an inorganic component, and fine particles. The hard coat layer has a flat portion and a ridge portion provided by the fine particles thereon. A haze Hdue to the ridge portion of the hard coat layer is 0.5% or less.
