PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid locking mechanism capable of suppressing damage to an operation lever and a locking lever.SOLUTION: In a lid locking mechanism 50 of the present invention, a rotary member 30 rotatably supported by a lid 20 includes a locking lever 31 that moves between a locking position in which it engages with an opening edge 12A of a base wall 11 and holds the lid 20 in a closed state, and a locking release position in which the engagement is released, and an operation lever 32 that includes a finger rest part 36 facing a handle that faces a handle part 25 provided to the front surface of the lid 20 from below, and rotates forward and backward. When finger tips are slipped to the underside of the handle part 25 in a state that the palm is turned upward, the finger rest part 36 facing a handle contacts the back part of the finger tips, and the locking lever 31 rotates to the locking release position. |
