PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal device capable of suppressing the deterioration of display quality, a method for manufacturing the liquid crystal device and electronic equipment.SOLUTION: The liquid crystal device includes: an element substrate 10; first protruding members 41a arranged in the periphery of a display region E on the element substrate 10; second protruding members 41b arranged in the periphery of the first protruding members 41a; spacers 42 arranged between at least the first protruding members 41a and the second protruding members 41b so as to be higher than the height of the first protruding members 41a and the second protruding members 41b; seal materials 14 arranged to cover the first protruding members 41a, the second protruding members 41b and the spacers 42; and a counter substrate 20 adhered to the element substrate 10 with a liquid crystal layer 15 sandwiched via the seal materials 14. |
