PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a vanishing point effective for calculating vanishing line without detecting the stability of posture of a moving body wearing a camera.SOLUTION: An image input section 1 inputs an image of an object taken by a camera. A vanishing point calculation section 2 calculates a vanishing point corresponding to the object in the image. A determination section 4 determines whether time-series changes of coordinates of plural vanishing points included in each of plural images of the object which are taken at different timing satisfy a predetermined condition. When the coordinate changes satisfy the condition, an output section 5 outputs at least one piece of coordinate information from plural pieces of coordinate information of plural vanishing points.
