PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner storage container that can prevent the trouble in which some types of toner to be charged in the toner storage container may clog a conveyance tube receiving member and prevent a shutter member from opening.SOLUTION: In a toner storage container 32 that can be attached to a toner conveying device, a container shutter 332 closing and opening a container opening is pressed into a conveyance tube to move from a closed position to an open position; a projection is provided, when the toner storage container is attached to the toner conveying device, to be present between a curved part and a toner receiving port of the inserted conveyance tube and along the moving area of the container shutter 332; and when the toner storage container is shaken vertically 10 times in an environment of a temperature of 25°C and humidity of 50%RH and is placed with the container opening directed downward, the bulk density of a toner is 0.399 g/cmor less. |
