PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an erroneous cutoff of an adjacent antenna wire when cutting a winding of a capacitance component wiring part in order to perform adjustment of a frequency, in an antenna sheet having an antenna coil by the winding.SOLUTION: An antenna sheet 20 for a non-contact IC medium has: a winding antenna coil 21 formed such that the winding antenna coil 21 goes around a peripheral edge part of an insulative base material 1 of the antenna sheet 20 for the non-contact IC medium; a non-contact IC chip 2 mounted on both end parts of the antenna coil; and a capacitance component wiring part 22 extending from one terminal of the IC chip, and formed in parallel with the inside or the outside of the antenna coil by a winding having the same quality as the antenna coil. The antenna sheet 20 for the non-contact IC medium is characterized in that a plurality of projection parts p which are projectingly bent are formed toward the inside or the outside of the IC medium at intervals on the capacitance component wiring part 22. The non-contact IC medium and a frequency adjustment method for the same use the antenna sheet for the non-contact IC medium.
