PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To slit an optical film blank in a long web state having a pattern with high accuracy at an appropriate position.SOLUTION: A system for manufacturing an optical film roll is provided, in which an optical film blank in a long web state having a pattern is slit while conveyed, and the obtained optical film in a long web state is wound up into a roll. The system includes: an imaging unit for imaging a slit line and a pattern near the slit line that is an end face in a longitudinal direction of the conveyed optical film; and an aligning unit for adjusting a position in a width direction of the optical film blank based on the imaging results obtained by the imaging unit. |
